anyone who knows me will testify that i am sooo all over gael garcia bernal...ewan ko ba, there's something about him that is very much irresistible...i've had a few of his movies and my latest addition is a DVD of the science of sleep fresh from quiapo..
janine had seen this movie before. niyayaya pa nga nya ko eh pero dahil gabi ang screening (at that day nya rin lang nabanggit sa akin na manonood sila ni meme) di ako nakasama.. the following day when i asked janie how was the movie (and if they able to still catch a decent bus late at night), she told me hindi ko daw yun magugustuhan... masyadong cheesy at ala meteor garden ng mga kilig moments... hmmm, napaisip ako bigla..gusto ko pa din ba yun panoorin? i told my self panonoorin ko pa din yun. after all, gael is there...kaya noong nakakita ako ng copy sa po-kyaps (quiapo), di ko na pinakawalan...

the movie reminds me of my childhood.siguro yun naman talaga ang gustong iemanate sa atin nung director at screen writer. childhood is like a dream. and as we get older, our longing of becoming once again a child is only fulfilled through our dreams.
story wise wala akong pakealam. after all malabo din naman yung kwento nya.. i'll watch it again anyway.. natuwa din ako sa intro dahil mahusay ang concept. kinuwento kasi nya "how dreams are prepared". natuwa din ako sa psychedelic pintura na nagkalat kagaya don sa bag kong denim..ang ganda.. by the way, take a peek on the movie..yan yong intro..thanks to youtube.com...
