this song, i reckon, is bjork's idea of welcoming the new year with a bang.to be released on the first of january 2008, declare independence showcases bjork at her loudest, at least for a novice bjork fan like myself. so please to the ever-patient reader/s of this piece of online scum, kindly supply me of other bjork songs that are more intense than this one.. enlighten me please..hahaha!on a second thought, all of her songs that i know are freakin intense! like taking vodka and brandy plus gin all at the same time..haha! oh well, enough of this unnecessary overture.. let's all join the mosh pit, raise our left fist and yell from the top of our lungs "declare independence, don't let them do that to you."
