my all time favorite maroon 5 song, must get out...
I’ve been the needle and the thread
Weaving figure eights and circles round your head
I try to laugh but cry instead
Patiently wait to hear the words you’ve never said
Fumbling through your dresser door forgot what I was looking for
Try to guide me in the right direction
Making use of all this time
Keeping everything inside
Close my eyes and listen to you cry
I’m lifting you up
I’m letting you down
I’m dancing til dawn
I’m fooling around
I’m not giving up
I’m making your love
This city’s made us crazy and we must get out
This not goodbye she said
It is just time for me to rest my head
She does not walk she runs instead
Down these jagged streets and into my bed
Fumbling through your dresser door forgot what I was looking for
Try to guide me in the right direction
Making use of all this time
Keeping everything inside
Close my eyes and listen to you cry
I’m lifting you up
I’m letting you down
I’m dancing til dawn
I’m fooling around
I’m not giving up
I’m making your love
This city’s made us crazy and we must get out
There’s only so much I can do for you
After all of the things you put me through

below is the graduation picture use for the annual that was taken almost a year ago, and this is how i look like with all the retouches. photoshop is a manna from heaven for all the zombie-esque students rushing to finish their thesis but still have to look breathtakingly gorgeous for their graduation photographie (yes, i use the work correctly) *wink*..

by SOFIA COPPOLA
the very first short movie by sofia coppola, lick the star has some resemblance with her debut full lenght movie the virgin suicides...is it just me or sofia really has an affinity to emotionally detached and socially isolated adolescent girls?hmm...since youtube.com can't hold a video of almost 15 minutes (i assume), this short movie was cut in two part..and as for the soundtrack, it is amazing as always...*wink* enjoy!

movie clips from the eternal sunshine of the spotless mind are lingering in my head. its soundtrack resonating as well. for some reason i can't help but once again fall deep to gondry's mastery. to quote kirsten dunst's character who quoted alexander pope's poem Eloisa to Abelard:

if you can't beat them, join them ika nga. pero sa kaso ng panibagong impeachment complaint "laban" kay GMA, dapat barubal ang version para you beat them pa rin. para sa akin, it is just a desperate attempt to save "their majesty" from another serious, more substantial impeachment complaint. nakakatawa lang kasi parang sobrang desperado na sila. but whoever thought of this comical idea, panalo! kudos, man! napakaingenious! nagamit mo ang matagal ng dictum ng mga taong naging adik dahil sawa na sila sawayin ang mga kapatid/kaibigan/magulang/whoever nila na adik. wahahahahahaha!!!
on a serious note, the fact that they (whoever they are) allegedly filed a weak impeachment complaint is a recognition that there is still a great possibility that GMA will be put to another impeachment hullabaloo. ay goodluck na lang sayo day!

before and after

i doubt the upheaval in burma will subside one of these days and i think it will take another 45 years or more to oust the military junta.as much as the world wants another peaceful people power in burma, the success of Edsa 1 is rather diffucult to achieve. for one, the military junta in burma is a real militar junta, their leader being a real general and still in command of their armed forces. the marcos' rule however is just a pseudo-military rule, wherein a civilian, and not a member of the military, holds the highest position in the land. and since it is merely a phony militar government, it was easy for the armed forces' highest officials then to withdraw there support to marcos when his government was already at the verge of collapse. as long as the armed forces is under the government's wing, it will be very difficult to overthrow it since it still holds the capacity to coerce those who they see as threats to its existence.
i admire the efforts of those who braved the streets of rangoon and staged a peaceful call for democratic government though. nonetheless my commentaries are merely a pragmatic look to the present scenario in burma. but as long as aung san suu kyi is within the territories of burma and still is very much adamant on there ideologies, her comrades and the people of burma will always be inspired to fight for the real democracy they deserve.

busy busy-han ang lola nyo this week kaya mabilisang komento lang sa pang araw araw na buhay ang aking gagawin.after all, i still have opinions. but do they matter?*wink* you decide.
On Abalos' resignation
- let's not take it as a heroic act for heaven's sakes!to begin with, dapat naman talaga norm na yang pagreresign ng mga government people na tainted na ang name dahil sa mga kontrobersyang kababawan lang ang pinagmulan. case in point: japan. abalos is simply saving his neck from the chopping block, no more no less. whoever would want to be kicked out from his/her seat via an impeachment anyway? kulong ka na, mawawala pa dignidad mo. not to mention na mawawalan ka ng raket kapag nasa loob ka na ng selda. for me, it's merely a survival tactic. there is no need to put Abalos now on the pedestal. pero in fairness, maganda ang statehiya nya. at sa usapin ng survival, saludo ako sa kanya. one word: cunning.
On Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago's corruption remark on the Chinese
- hinay hinay lang madam.i know you are just overwhelmed and overly outspoken on this ZTE matter, pero no foul remarks naman. remember dati you wanted claire danes to be labelled persona non grata on her roaches remarks sa pilipinas? baka ganon din gawin sa inyo ng mga instik. pero madam, mahal pa rin kita at sasakalin ko lahat ng taong ginagago kayo.
On ridiculing Sen. Miriam Defensor-Santiago's peculiarities
- just do so is you're already half as erudite as her. yun lang.
On the NBN-program-is-just-an-overpriced-intercom-project remak of Sen. Mar Roxas'
- ditto
On the lousy racist remark from the Desperate Housewives
- @#$$%^$$^& nyo!!!!if you think medical schools here in the philippines are appaling and low grade, the entire population of the United States of America must be extinct by now.. you already have almost all of our doctors and other medical professionals, and you still have the decency to badmouth them!!!your wated lives are in their hands, how dare you!you Americans think you're good, even near to demigod-ness, well think again. in this entire world only AMERICANS doesn't know any other language aside from english. and you don't even speak decent english for crying out loud!!! filipinos and other nationalities are far more erudite in english than you do. in addition, if only you have any little ounce of common sense left in your freakin brains there will be no need for you to exploit our remaining precious manpower and make them
merely your tutors on mobile phone fundamentals like turning your stupid mobile phones on! three words: charge it first. stupid capitalist!!!! who's dumb now, huh?! nyemas kayo mapuputi lang kyo!insecure lang kayo kaya kayo ganyan!
